The Learning Escape is founded and operated by travel advisors affiliated with Travelmation, LLC, a licensed travel agency. Travelmation handles all travel arrangements and event registrations for our CEU retreats and experiences. During the booking process, you may see Travelmation’s branding or platform—this is expected, as The Learning Escape is powered by Travelmation advisors. Rest assured, you’re working with trusted professionals who manage both the travel and the learning with care.
The Learning Escape uses Travel Joy, a secure client relationship management (CRM) platform, through our host agency Travelmation, LLC, to manage all travel bookings and event registrations. When you register, you’ll be redirected to a personalized Travel Joy group page where you can securely enter traveler information, confirm your travel arrangements, and complete payment.

At this time, all attendees must book through Travelmation as part of the official The Learning Escape group package. This policy helps us maintain a consistent experience for all participants, including access to group-only rates, exclusive perks, CE sessions, networking events, and hosted activities.Booking through Travelmation also allows us to manage logistics, communication, and continuing education compliance efficiently—ensuring your experience is seamless, supported, and aligned with ACE requirements.

For the current event, we offer BACB-approved CEUs for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and related professionals. Specific credits and hours will be detailed on the Registration Page and in your event materials.
No! While our current event focuses on behavior professionals CEUs, we are happy to work with other professions and organizations to plan continuing education events tailored to their specific certification and training needs.
Our CE sessions are led by experienced and credentialed BCBA professionals with expertise in behavior analysis.
Participants can earn up to 16 BACB CE hours by attending the full series of presentations scheduled onboard.
Yes. To receive BACB CE credits, participants must attend the CE sessions and actively participate as required.
No, all CE sessions must be attended live onboard to meet BACB accreditation requirements.
No. CE credits are included in your registration fee for the cruise.
No. Full attendance during the scheduled CE sessions is required to earn the credits.
After the cruise, once attendance is verified, you will receive your BACB CE certificate electronically within 4-6 weeks.
Absolutely! Family and friends not seeking CE credits are welcome and will have full access to cruise amenities and activities. Extra fees will apply for additional stateroom charges (this includes adding guests to a 2-person cabin), gratuities, travel insurance, and any additional add-ons you decide on.
